Sign-ups for Cuppa JOE 2025 are now closed.

Emails have been sent to participants with unmatchable sign-ups. If your AO3 username begins with any of these letters, please check your email: W, K ,O ,U, S.

Current unmatchable participants have 24 hours to revise or remove their sign-up. We will send out assignments as soon as we can!

If your obsession has been percolating it's not too late to get your sign-up in!

Sign-ups will close promptly tomorrow, August 17, 2025 11:59 AM CDT (Timezone Conversion).

Shortly thereafter we will run matching. Any unmatchable participants will be contacted via email (from ao3modball@gmail.com) and given 24 hours to add offers or delete their sign-ups. Assignments will be brewed and sent out as soon as all participants have a matchable offer in place, and initial pinch hits will be posted on this comm.
