Hello! Thank you for this exchange, the theme is very interesting!

I have a couple of questions:

1. About nominations, will it possible to nominate freeform tags about specific fandoms? I'm thinking about things like "Star Trek - Vulcan character gets possessive of their mate during pon farr", which would be more specific for a fan than "Alien character gets possessive of their mate during their heat".

2. About signups, will it be possible to request the same fandom multiple times? Example: A/B with jealousy tags only (Request 1) and C with obsession tags only (Request 2), or art for A/B and fic for C, etc.

You can definitely nominate fandom-specific freeform tags. Please make sure to place the fandom in the freeform tag itself, like you did in your example. (EX "Star Trek - Vulcan character gets possessive of their mate during pon farr" or "MCU - Character A is obsessed with Bucky Barnes’ vibranium arm")

You can request the same fandom multiple times, for sure. Just keep in mind you must request at least 3 unique fandoms to be guaranteed a gift.

Hi mods, I'd like to nominate some ship that aren't listed in the examples, I think. For example, I'd like to request Bob/Mike but where Ted is J/O about Bob. Should I nominate that as Bob/Mike & Bob/Ted (Ted J/O)?

It would depend on the context. Are you wanting Bob/Ted in a romantic relationship in your fic, or do you want Ted hanging out on his own, being jealous of Bob?

If the former, I would go with this, and use the description of your request to detail your prompt for this request:
Mike/Bob & Ted/Bob (Ted J/O)

If the latter, this, and use the description of your request to detail your prompt for this request:
Mike/Bob & Ted (Ted J/O)

I was thinking of Mike/Bob the romantic ones and Bob/Ted in an abusive context (with Ted being a canon villain). I'll check the freeforms and see what inspires me that is already there, and then decide. But from your response, I think M/B & B/T would be closer to what I look for. Thanks!

I'm not actually sure if AO3 allows multiple signups for one exchange under one account, but if it works, that would fall under the same rules as a "well-behaved sock"! You're welcome to try, but if AO3 gives you issues, I'd recommend the sock in that case.

Are treats to the collection allowed? Or does that only go for treats that are gifted to someone?

Treats to the collection are definitely allowed! If you'd like to gift a fanwork to the exchange as a whole and not a specific participant, you may do so by posting to the collection and gifting the work to the mod account on AO3, modball.
